​Silentium was very well received by the audience during the night, where both Young Hyun and Yu Joung were complimented with a rousing ovation during the closing. A dance director from a local dance company was so thoroughly impressed with the concept and execution, that he felt he couldn't wait to discuss it in more depth with his dance company.

At the conclusion of the festival on Saturday, 3 June, Silentium was amongst a handful of pieces that were awarded invitations to perform in select international fringe festivals.

Art Critic praises Son Yu Joung for a good attempt at introducing a not only unconventional style of dance, but also acknowledges the deep commitment by both dancers (Son Yu Joung and Choi Young Hyun), who endured overcoming the physical boundaries and associated pain barriers, to deliver the piece. 유인화 also compliments Son Yu Joung for being able to transcend the boundaries of her background (ie Traditional Korean Dance), and incorporating the techniques of Traditional Korean Dance into a modern contemporary style that tend to typify only in Europe or the US.

Breathing is a vital source of energy; it is one of the instruments used to produce "Breath" (ie "Souffle")! Combining conventional Korean musical instruments and song with actual dance moves (whether it is interpretted as music or noise will depend on the extent an ear is musically inclined), the choreography of the Korean company Ma- Sil revealed the red in the white, female as male. It also breaks the cycle of words - in this case a square ideogram - even if that element outside penetrates - yin yang in the Taoist, like the flag of South Korea? No matter, it is all about feel!
